Henrry Albornoz-Quintero
He and his wife illegally crossed the Rio Grande and surrendered to U.S. Border Patrol. They were released and required to attend regular check-ins with ICE, while they pursued asylum claims.
In January of 2025, Henrry was arrested and put in deportation proceedings after a routine check-in.
He was never given a reason for his arrest. He has no criminal record either here or in Venezuela
Francisco spoke with his family on March 14th and told them he was coming home. His relatives prepared a homecoming celebration. But he didn’t get off the plane.
The US Govt has developed an app so that lawyers and families can keep track of where the detainees are. When Francisco didn’t get off the plane, his family checked the database:
“Your search has returned zero (0) matching records”
Francisco’s wife went to the Dallas ICE office looking for answers and was told to leave or risk arrest.
His wife, Nays is 22 years old and nine months pregnant.
Francisco’s family found him on the videos that were posted by Bukele.
