Pedro Freites is the tattoo artiest who designed most of Fitzgerald’s tattoos. When Pedro heard that that his friend was accused of being a Tren de Agura, Pedro recorded a video explaining how his friend chose the art for the tattoos. Nothing had anything to do with gang affiliation.

Fitzgerald was in the the United States working legally as manager of a clothing store.

He had hearing in April of 2025 to pursue legal residency.
