Richard Alexander Duarte Rodríguez

Richard was living in the United States as a legal immigrant with Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

He lived in Miami with his aunt and her children and video called his own children living in Peru every night.

Richard was detained in January 2025 when he went in for one of his scheduled check-ins.

He was transferred from the detention center in Miami to the detention center in El Paso. A few days before he was taken to CECOT he called a friend from the El Valle detention center and said he was going home to Venezuela.

No one has had contact with Richard since then. The only information that his family has, is that his name is on the list from CBS news.
