Kleiver Travieso González

 Elbert Vivas, Mayor of the Pedro Gual municipality, has expressed his solidarity with Mrs. Yaritza González (mother) and Norma González(aunt) of the young Travieso González Kleiver Daniel, who has been kidnapped in El Salvador.

The Mayor describes Kleiver as a "boy of good habits and good family" who left Pedro Gual with "a suitcase full of dreams and hopes". However, he regrets that he has become a victim of the "cruel war that the American empire is waging against the Venezuelan people".

The Mayor raises his voice in protest, stating "being a migrant is not a crime." In addition, he has begun to establish contact with national authorities in the hopes that, with God's help, they may soon have Kleiver back among them.

The Mayor also highlights the leadership of President Nicolás Maduro in the fight to rescue the nationalists and mentions that Governor Elio Serrano has made himself available to support this worthy family going through this unfortunate situation.
