1 - March 16 Bukele (the president of El Salvador), posted videos of the boys and men as they were taken from the American planes and prepared for incarceration in CECOT.

2 - March 17th - There was an American photographer at CECOT who was allowed to document the process.
Or
3 - March 21st - CBS news published a list of the names of the boys and men who had been taken to CECOT.
The United States government has provided no information on who was sent to CECOT. And has provided no update on their on their condition.
Either publicly or with family members.
No one has had contact with the Venezuelan boys and men in CECOT
